I think he is now at SPAN (the southern pacific alliance network). You can google them. If its the same John Davis. He is a fantastic resource on all things hybrid and alternative contracting.

Matt, John Davis of ISDM is probably at the forefront of hybrid contracting models. He has published a number of papers.
