Wayne is the former coach and captain for the NSW blues. In addition to being a professional rugby league coach and captain for over 20 years, Wayne also studied psychology at university and worked as a high school teacher before moving into the corporate world. Wayne now manages his own company, The Wayne Pearce Advantage and regularly coaches and presents on performance ignition, motivation, trust and leadership in team environments.

This insightful interview will share motivational tips that apply to any team / individual driven to deliver high performance outcomes with reference to alliance contracting and relationship based environments.

Cultivating a Culture of Trust and High Performance

Wayne will share insights into achieving outstanding results despite adversity, challenges or changes that might take place and enable you and your team to better visualise success within a culture of trust. He will draw on his experience as a high performing coach for the NSW Blues and how he coached them to perform at the top of their game.
