Wayne is the former coach and captain for the NSW blues. In addition to being a professional rugby league coach and captain for over 20 years, Wayne also studied psychology at university and worked as a high school teacher before moving into the corporate world. Wayne now manages his own company, The Wayne Pearce Advantage and regularly coaches and presents on performance ignition, motivation, trust and leadership in team environments.
