I would like to know if it is normal to have Alliance Manager who is not from one of the consortium members?..meaning that the Alliance Manager is an independent member. What are the key differences in term of criteria selection between having Alliance manager from consortium team and independent Alliance Manager? Thanks

Hi there - I think its highly unusual to have an alliance member who is not from either the owner, consortia or a major partner on the project. I may be mistaken but I am not aware of that being the case in any alliance projects in Australia. perhaps you are wise to chat to one of the major facilitators in this space to canvass their advice: Alchimie, PCI Alliance Services or JMW? Good luck
