Fellow colleagues, in the company that i work we a trying to do an alliancing contract, but we are a little lost about the structure that usually use on this kind of contract so we would really thank if someone could guide us or sent us an alliancing contract to understand the structure

    For an example alliance contract you are best to get in touch with the Alliancing Association of Australasia (AAA) and their Director Alain Mignot, or to contact one of the major law firms active in this space - DLA Piper or Minter Ellison.
