The Alliance Contracting IQ Network is an established networking community for over 300 Alliance industry professionals.

It is the entry point for those who want to learn from our historical wealth and breadth of event expertise and to leverage the knowledge we have gained from organizing research led training for this industry for over 7 years.

We provide the roof under which key industry experts and organizations involved in our events nationally share their experience, knowledge and tools.

It is also the connecting point for you to establish, create and build networks with other practitioner peers and to share and resolve challenges and best practice.

From Defence to local government, from road to rail, from water to mining – all industries are represented with the portal. The honest discussions that unite them around VFM, cultural alignment, innovation and high performance are critical regardless of industry.

Alliance IQ and IQPC’s Alliance Contracting Excellence series will continue to lead from the front in terms of innovation and performance and we look are enjoying the opportunity to reflect this leadership and knowledge within the content of the portal for the benefit of the wider community.

Jacqueline Bran

Alliance IQ (a division of IQPC)

Jacqueline is the Global Head of Alliance Contracting for IQPC. She has been working in Alliance Contracting for over 5 years and heads up our research and contact arm for this part of the business. This constitutes the coordination of our two annual events, the management of Alliance IQ and also the regular consultation with the IQPC alliance innovation and advisory board.

Jacqueline has been engaged in alliance contracting since 2005. Since this point she has been actively researching within the industry and building her knowledge of the methodology behind this unique contracting environment.

She has been responsible for the development of the alliance contracting excellence event series since its inception and continues to work closely with industry to ensure the events remain dynamic and deliver value for money to our event audiences.

Jacqueline is now also responsible for the content and delivery of Alliance IQ.

Ross Jenkinson
Marketing Director
Alliance IQ (a division of IQPC)

Ross has been marketing IQPC’s series of infrastructure, project focused and alliance contracting events for over two years.  He has a thorough understanding of the industry and has worked closely with Jacqueline to grow and the Alliance IQ knowledge base and event offerings.

Ross is responsible for Alliance IQ and has a vision to grow partnerships and industry collaboration through the portal and event series. He has worked closely with many industry bodies over the last few year and seeks to engage industry in the potential of Alliance IQ.
